Payments Support Specialist (Junior)

We are looking for an Payments Support Specialist (Junior)  to join our team and together make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing problematic payments, thoroughly investigating and resolving various payment transaction queries.
  • Interacting with PSPs to quickly resolve issues.
  • Processing chargebacks.
  • Monitoring the functionality of payment methods, actively analyzing and tracking the efficiency of different payment methods.
  • Participating in report analysis, identifying errors, and recognizing patterns in reports and frequent customer errors.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Quick response to requests.
  • Efficient problem-solving for payment issues.
  • Proactiveness in working and communicating with PSPs.
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Hands-on experience working in a multitasking environment.
  • Responsibility, stress resilience, goal-orientation, and initiative.
