We are looking for a Payment Analyst who can join our team and make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing with us!
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Analyzing payment transaction statistics (deposits, withdrawals, transaction success).
- Tracking payment conversion by country, method, and provider.
- Identification of the causes of payment failures and work on their elimination.
- Researching customer preferences in different regions by payment method.
Recommendations for adding or replacing payment providers.
- Optimization of the user journey when making a deposit or withdrawal.
- Constant interaction with PSPs to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Tracking the status of payments and resolving incidents in real time.
- Analyzing transactions for suspicious activity.
- Detect and prevent fraud attempts.
- Interaction with AML/KYC teams to ensure payment security.
- Collecting and analyzing key metrics: payment success rate, processing time, withdrawal speed, User Success Rate.
- Creating dashboards and regular reports for management and related departments.
- Participation in the development and improvement of payment flows.
- Setting tasks to eliminate technical errors.
- Analysis of provider fees and cost optimization.
- Testing payment methods and integrations to detect errors.
- Advising company employees on payment processes.
- Conducting trainings for support and marketing teams.
- Proposals for the development of payment infrastructure in new regions.
Our candidate has the following characteristics:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in iGaming.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, BI systems).
- Knowledge of working with payment providers (PSP, APM).
- Communication and conflict resolution skills with clients and partners.
