MIDDLE/SENIOR AFFILIATE MANAGER

We are looking for an Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team and together make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing!
YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Support and communication with local and international partners: chats, forums, communities, conferences;
- Active search and recruitment of affiliate networks and direct affiliates;
- Analyzing competitors and applying this analysis in practice to optimize traffic/affiliate programs/products;
- Executing individual and corporate business plans;
- Analyzing the quality of traffic from partners and tracking the achievement of target KPIs;
- Constantly searching for new partners and new acquisition channels;
- Negotiating favorable deals;
- Monitoring traffic quality;
- Tracking traffic flow, its profitability, and performance indicators;
- Conducting market research and trend analysis;
- Generating new ideas to stimulate the project’s growth;
- Assigning tasks and managing reporting (using ClickUp).
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:
- At least 2 years of experience working as an affiliate manager;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Understanding and practical experience with pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM, CPC, RevShare);
- Understanding of how to correctly calculate and analyze ROAS, ROI;
- Monitoring and analyzing affiliate market trends;
- Active collaboration with team leaders in media buying;
- Result-oriented with a systematic approach to tasks;
- Intermediate + level of English proficiency;
- Ability to make independent decisions;
- Practical experience in multitasking;
- Responsible, stress-resistant, goal-oriented, and proactive.
