We are looking for a Community manager who can join our team and make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing with us!

Your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Developing an effective strategy for attracting and retaining participants in the Telegram chat;
  • Creating interesting content and holding events to attract new members, communicate with subscribers, and engage them in conversation;
  • Planning and holding online events and thematic discussions to strengthen the community;
  • Developing a system of incentives and rewards for active participants, creating contests and prize events;
  • Systematically analyzing participant feedback and implementing improvements based on their preferences and expectations;
  • Proactive involvement in conflict resolution; maintaining a positive chat atmosphere;
  • Regularly tracking indicators, developing reports on the results and adjusting the strategy to achieve the goal;
  • Distribution of bonuses, unique promotions, and incentives to play on our platform;
  • Monitoring of spam in the chat room.

Our candidate has the following characteristics:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in the field of Igaming (gambling betting) will be a plus;
  • Knowledge of English and Polish – B1-B2.
