Head of Retention

We are an international IT company that specializes in the iGaming industry and provides services to clients from all over the world.

We are looking for a Head of Retention to join our team and help us make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing e-mail marketing strategies to retain and re-engage clients.
  • Adapting content for e-mail newsletters, including text and images.
  • Creating and optimizing targeted e-mail campaigns, including promotions, news, bonus information, etc.
  • Segmenting the audience for effective distribution, considering user interests and preferences.
  • Developing ideas to optimize and maintain communication channels with users (email, SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp, Telegram).
  • Analyzing the performance metrics of e-mail campaigns: open rates, clicks, conversions.
  • Optimizing strategies based on data insights, working with customer.io.
  • Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other specialists to create high-quality campaigns (providing detailed briefs).
  • Conducting A/B testing to identify effective email marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Maintaining user engagement and interest.
  • Managing all types of communication with users.
  • Studying user behavior and using insights to achieve project goals.
  • Implementing and executing innovations in the project to retain clients and improve department metrics.
  • Task formation and reporting management (ClickUp).

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with customer.io, including setting up trigger campaigns – a must.
  • Proven success in conducting A/B testing.
  • High proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of Power BI and Metabase being a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytical tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate in a “positive tone.”
  • A desire to continuously develop and learn new things.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of information in a multitasking environment.
  • Proficiency in English at a level of B1 or higher.
  • Knowledge of Polish or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong understanding and use of BI systems such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience using task management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira.
