We are looking for a VIP Manager to join our team and help us make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with VIP clients via phone, email, and messengers (using CRM), handling incoming requests;
  • Assisting clients in resolving all product-related issues;
  • Timely informing clients about our current promotions, offers, and advantages;
  • Informing other departments about identified issues or technical errors to address client needs.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualities:

  • At least 1 year of experience in service sales or customer support (Gambling/Gaming industry is a plus);
  • Experience in client communication (messengers, calls, email, etc.);
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Understanding of customer psychology and ability to build trusting relationships;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
