YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Creating Customer Journey Maps (CJM) with analysis, research, and identification of weak and strong stages;
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research;
• Setting up end-to-end analytics;
• Assist with funnel optimization;
• Developing and maintaining interactive BI reports and dashboards for better data understanding and decision-making;
• Competitor analysis, with the goal of applying this analysis in practice to improve the company’s product;
• Analysis of reports from various sources, such as affiliate program, CRM, Google Analytics, and other metrics services;
• Analyzing user sessions and identifying problems;
• Developing new strategies and methods to improve results and metrics;
• Calculating the main project metrics (LifeTime Value, Retention, Churn Rate, ARPPU) and suggesting improvements based on data;
• Interacting with the company’s leadership team as well as other departments including Product, Retention, Payments, and Affiliate to ensure consistency and efficiency.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:

• Has 1 year or more of experience in a similar position;
• Ability to conduct A/B tests;
• Experience in Power BI;
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools;
• Practical experience with Google Analytics.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Education or courses in analytics, product or marketing analysis.
• Working with Jira.
